- You will communicate openly with me and ask questions as you have them.
How do you commission a painting?

- We will set an appointment to discuss your ideas, pick a medium and size of the painting, and discuss costs.
Media Types: I paint in acrylic, watercolor, oil and cold wax, and encaustic. I can also do mixed media adding inks, pastels, and collage elements.
Substrates and Framing: You can pick if you would like a work to be painted on a canvas or wood panel. Cradled wood panels do not require framing. Many deep canvases do not need framing. All framing is an additional cost that we can discuss.
Payment: I accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash or Check.
We can discuss a payment plan if needed.
Contract: All details of the commission will be itemized in a contract. I require a deposit of 25% of the total project costs- this doesn’t include framing or shipping.
